Frequently Asked Questions
Our FAQ section covers the most common queries from students, parents, schools,
and professionals considering study opportunities abroad.
Admissions and Scholarship Support
1. Can you help me decide which country is the best fit for my studies?
Yes. In our consultation, we assess your academic profile, career ambitions, financial considerations, and subject interests. Based on this, we recommend study destinations that align with your long-term goals and offer the best academic and personal growth opportunities.
2. What if I do not meet the entry requirements for my preferred universities?
We understand that every applicant’s journey is different. If you do not currently meet the entry criteria, we can explore alternative routes such as foundation programmes, pre-master’s courses, transfer pathways, or Clearing, while still targeting high-quality and globally recognised institutions.
3. Do you support postgraduate and doctoral applications?
Yes. We support applications at all levels, including undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD. For research applicants, we offer guidance on proposal development and academic CVs as part of an optional add-on package.
4. Can you help me prepare for tests like IELTS, GRE, or GMAT?
We do not provide in-house test preparation, but we can recommend trusted training providers and help you create a testing plan that fits your application timeline.
5. Will you write my personal statement or statement of purpose for me?
No. We follow ethical guidance standards and do not write essays on behalf of clients. Instead, we provide detailed, structured feedback to help you refine your own writing so it meets competitive admissions expectations.
6. Can you help with scholarship applications?
Yes. We offer both strategy consultations and detailed application reviews to help you target relevant opportunities and present strong, competitive submissions.
Support for Parents, Schools, and Professionals
7. How can you support parents during the application process?
We keep parents informed throughout the process and provide regular updates on timelines, requirements, and progress. Our goal is to ensure families feel confident and involved without adding unnecessary stress to the student.
8. Do you work directly with schools?
Yes. We partner with schools to provide workshops, one-on-one student consultations, and training for school counsellors. This ensures students receive consistent, high-quality guidance both in and outside of the classroom.
9. Can you help working professionals who want to return to study?
Yes. We understand the unique challenges of balancing work, life, and further education. We offer flexible scheduling, advice on career-aligned programmes, and guidance on applications that highlight your professional achievements alongside your academic potential.
Service Structure and Add-ons
10. What if I am applying to more than two universities or need support for multiple essays?
Our services are flexible. You can add extra support such as essay reviews, mock interviews, or tailored consultations at any stage. This allows you to build a package that suits your specific goals and deadlines.
11. Do I need to prepare anything before our first session?

In the future, we may form ethical partnerships with selected universities where this clearly benefits clients. Any such links will be disclosed transparently and will never compromise our independence.
Scheduling and Communication

You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. If no notice is given, the session may be counted as used. In cases of genuine emergencies, we will do our best to offer an alternative.

Evening and weekend appointments are available on request, and we do our best to accommodate urgent matters outside regular hours whenever possible.
16. Will I have the same advisor throughout my process?
Yes. You will be assigned a dedicated advisor who works with you from start to finish. If an advisor becomes unavailable, we will ensure a smooth handover to another qualified expert and keep you informed throughout.
Privacy and Data Protection
17. How do you protect my personal information?
We take data protection seriously. All personal and academic information you share with us is stored securely and accessed only by your assigned advisor or authorised members of our team. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, and will never share your details with third parties without your consent.
18. How do you handle consent for under-18 clients?

Process and Expectations
19. How long does the application process take?
The timeline varies depending on your chosen programme, destination, and deadlines. For most undergraduate and taught Master’s applications, the process can take between three and six months from the first consultation to submission. For PhD or research-based applications, it may take longer to account for proposal development and supervisor matching. We will provide you with a personalised timeline during your consultation.
20. Do you guarantee admission or scholarships?
No. Admissions and scholarship decisions rest entirely with the institutions and funding bodies. While we cannot guarantee an outcome, our goal is to significantly strengthen your application through tailored strategy, detailed feedback, and expert guidance, maximising your chances of success.
